about the therapist
Lenore Canavarros, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of professional experience including mind-body, mindfulness, family and relationships, LGBTQIA+, youth and school counseling, college counseling and psychiatric hospital care. Her expertise also includes clients from international origins, addressing a number of mental health, interpersonal and cultural challenges.
She is compassionate and dedicated to providing a supportive professional relationship,working together to build insights and healing the past, while also using an evidence-based, skills-driven approach to helping her clients achieve their goals and overall optimal wellness.
